Consultation/Needs Assessment
An initial consultation is conducted to evaluate the project and determine the extent of the problem and possible solutions. The consultation includes a tour of your home, with a focus on areas of concern. It would include discussion of goals to determine what a successful outcome would look like to you. Most important of all, you receive recommendations on actions to take to get you from where you are to where you want to be. The plan of action includes priorities, ideas, resources, project outcomes, and initial suggested supplies. Consultations usually take about an hour and a half.

Residential Organizing
Residential organizing projects may include decluttering the kitchen, bedroom, den, closet, attic, or any other area of your home so you can find the things you need and love. As clutter is eliminated, suggestions for storage are made and every item is designated a "home" that supports the way you and your family live. Systems are designed based on your personality, natural habits and goals, which are unique for each person. Residential organizing sessions are usually done in four-hour increments and the number of sessions varies depending upon your needs.

Home Office Organizing
Home office organizing includes decluttering the workspace of papers and other items that don’t fit into the purpose of the space. A customized filing system tailored to your needs may be established. The rearrangement or purchase of furniture and cabinets may be suggested for optimum efficiency. Storage space for office supplies and other necessary items are designated and systems established for the smooth flow of paper entering and leaving the office. Organizing sessions are usually done in four-hour increments and the number of sessions varies depending upon your needs.

Senior Downsizing/Relocation
As Senior Relocation Specialists, we provide compassionate help to seniors going through the transition of “right-sizing” their home and lives for today’s needs. We also work with the families of seniors and act as project manager for all aspects of the moving process. We sort and tag all possessions, create a floor plan for the new residence, coordinate the actual moving process, and unpack and organize the new residence so it feels like home. We refer the services of realtors, appraisers, and other professionals and do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition.

Maintenance/Ongoing Support
Maintenance skills are taught during the organizing process, but we also offer ongoing maintenance plans to keep systems fine-tuned and running smoothly. Periodic "tune-ups" are a good investment to ensure you stay on track with your organizing goals, particularly if staying organized is an ongoing challenge for you. Maintenance sessions are usually done in two to four hour increments and are flexible depending upon your needs.
