My parents were downsizing from a large 2-BR/2BA condo into a small assisted living 1 BR apt. Terri came in and helped them choose between what they needed and what could be let go. I had a difficult time getting them to let go of anything. But Terri used humor, compassion and practicality to help them select wisely. When my mother had multiple medical emergencies in a small period of time, Terri worked to accommodate our increased needs and timing. Now that I have a system in my closet that works, I always know exactly where to put everything. Every item now has a place and when I bring something new in, something old has to leave. When I say my house was a disaster, I am not exaggerating.
